David Dale Howe 42, of Riverton, Wyoming passed away in Denver, Co. February 16, 2018. “A Person That Everyone Wants To See or Looks At” was also his other name given to him by the late Henry Big Day.
He was born April 2, 1975, a son to Kayle and Franchen Lanelle Bear Cloud Howe. He grew up and received his education in Hardin, receiving his diploma from Clearfield Job Corps also completing CDL training. David worked for the Crow Tribal Road as a truck driver, Crow Indian Health as maintenance and Red Eagle in Hardin. In 2013, David moved to Riverton, Wyoming where he worked as cashier until he was injured in a car accident in 2015.
David was a member of the Catholic Church, Ties the Bundle Clan and was a child of Whistling Water.
His parents; his grandparents Warren and Fern Spotted Horse Bear Cloud and Frederick Howe Sr. proceeded David in death.
Survivors include his children Taryn and Tyson; his sisters Sharon Howe, Verna Howe, Amy Jones and Terry Little Light; his grandmothers Myrtle Howe, Annette Couture, Rose Ann Reed and Ruby Williamson; his grandfathers George (Edith) Reed, Anthony Reed and Joe (Lorraine) Bear Cloud, Sr.; his uncles Garland (Debra) Howe, Joseph P. Howe and Lloyd (Elvinia) Pickett; his aunts Cheryl (Thomas) Dawes, Agatha (Bruce) House, Audrey Deputee, Loettal Wallace, Jeannie Alden and Lana Burlison as well as his extended families Howe, Reed, Bear Cloud, Spotted Horse, Deputee, Bear Don’t Walk, Pretty Paint, Not Afraid, House, Dawes, Little Light, Blaine, Stewart, Dreamer, Fredericks, Wilson, Don’t Mix, Gun Shows, Snell, Smells, Birdinground, Other Medicine, Pickett, Springfield, Holds the Enemy, Alden, Rock Above, Davis, White Fox, White Clay, Morrison, Long Ears, Glenmore, Cochran, Pretty Weasel, Wallace, Anderson, Stray Calf, Charges Strong, Goes Ahead and Big Day. Rosary will be recited Thursday February 22 at 4:00 PM in the Bullis Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday at 10:00 AM in Crow Agency at the St. Dennis Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Hardin. Bullis Mortuary has been entrusted with the arrangements.
