Jule Wounded Eye Roundstone

Jule Chance Roundstone, 47, passed away on April 30, 2019 in the Crow Northern Cheyenne Public Health Hospital in Crow Agency.  He was born August 20, 1972 in Crow Agency to Martin and Melvina (Wounded Eye) Roundstone, Jr.  His Indian name was Heóve’ Haméhe (Yellow Horse).
Jule grew up in Busby and attended the Northern Cheyenne Tribal School.  He earned his GED and a certificate as a heavy equipment operator from the Kicking Horse Job Corps in Ronan. He was a gun enthusiast and a very good mechanic.  He was baptized in the Church of the Latter Day Saints. He respected and supported Cheyenne Ceremonials. He enjoyed horseback riding in his younger days.  Jule led a humble life and was very close to his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; Martin and Melvina Roundstone; his sisters Justine Manley and Julia Roundstone; his aunts Selma, Wilma and Elveta Wounded Eye, Rosella Rider, Victoria and Beverly Roundstone;  and his uncle Melville Wounded Eye.Jule is survived by his wife Andrea; his daughters Shaydee Lane Gregg, Jade and Brenna Roundstone; his grandchildren Josiah Chavez, William Roundstone, Arlen Threefiners, Jr, and Shayenne Gregg; his sisters Donna Spotted Eagle, Evelyn and Karen Roundstone; his brothers J. David ( Minnett), Mark (Tammy) Roundstone and Oliver (Theresa) Wounded Eye; his aunts Imelda (Robert) Barney, Joyce Wounded Eye and Rachel (Leroy) Caroll; his uncles Davis Wounded Eye, Sr., Waldo Wolf Chief , Melvin Wounded Eye, Jr. and Frank (Rita) Long Jaw, Sr.; his special nephew Trayl Roundstone and his many Wounded Eye and Roundstone nieces and nephews. His extended family includes Whitewolf, Wooden Leg, Snow, Lame Woman, Spang, Small, Trusler, Moore, Little Bird, Blackwolf, Strange Owl, McManus, Bear Robe, Wounded Eye, Spotted Eagle, Ryan, Whitehawk, Marshall, Bighawk, Bearchum and Long Jaw.  
Funeral services will be held at May 3rd at the Lighthouse Pentacostal Church in Busby at 10:00 with a wake Thursday May 2 at 7:00.  Burial will be in the Roundstone Family Cemetery in Busby.  Bullis Mortuary is entrusted with the arrangements.
