Loretta Faye “Lolo” Well Known went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 3, 2020 at River Stone Health Hospice Home of Billings, Montana.
Loretta was born to Laurel “Phyllis” Jefferson-Well Known and Joseph “Tommy” Fights Well Known Jr. on February 25, 1960 in Crow Agency, Montana. She was of the Piegan Clan and child of the Whistling Water. Loretta attended Pretty Eagle School in St. Xavier and Intermountain Indian School in Utah, then transferred to United Tribes Technical College where she graduated and earned a Business & Clerical Certificate. She was employed with the Crow Agency BIA as a Realty Clerk for several years. Loretta married Wesley Stewart, Sr., then divorced many years later; through this union she was blessed with two sons: Wesley, Jr. and Rodney Stewart.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother Rodney; nephews Teddy Little Light and Nephi House; adopted parents Walter and Meta Stewart; aunts Annie Big Man, Elsie Pretty Paint, Teatta Not Afraid, Mary Three Irons, Rena Morning, Monty Morning, Darlene Bixby, Roberta Big Man, Gertrude Lone Bear and Alta BirdinGround; uncles Tim Big Man, Lloyd and Claude Dawes Jr., Frank Jr. and Dean Falls Down, Carl Venne, Sr., Roy Stewart, Lee Lone Bear, Bill Smith of North Dakota, Robert Morning and Victor Morning.

Bullis Mortuary has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
A service for Loretta will take place on Saturday, February 8 at 11:00 AM at the Spirit of Life Foursquare Church in Crow Agency. Interment will immediately follow at Crow Cemetery.
