Tahlia LaForge

Tahlia Monay LaForge, suddenly went home to be with the Lord February 28, 2020 in Billings, Montana at the St. Vincent Hospital.   

Tahlia was born on September 17, 2004 in Billings, Montana to Tamera Pryor and Alex Laforge, III. She received her Crow name “Buatah` Itchish” (Good Coyote) by her grandfather Alex Laforge, Jr.  

Tahlia grew up in Hardin and attended school in there. She was recently planning to attend Montana Youth Challenge. She was strong minded, had charity for others, and was very observant. She loved to go to church and help her younger cousins bear their testimonies. She knew Jesus’s love for her. She was very caring and would look out for her sisters, brothers and cousins.  Tahlia loved to be around horses, riding horses, playing basketball, swimming, boating, fishing, camping and loved to travel. She loved to hang out with friends, cousins and her boyfriend Tomas Chief Child.  

She lived a full life with the short time she was here. She touched the lives of so many. Most importantly, Tahlia had a deep love for her family, and cherished the time they would spend together. 

She is proceeded in death by her step-father Eli Rides Horse; grandfathers Alex Laforge, Jr. and Clayton Big Head; great grandmothers Elizabeth White Fox and Carol One Bear; great grandfathers Milo Big Head and George Little Wolf, Sr.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Hardin, Montana. Interment to follow at the Hardin Fairview Cemetery.  Bullis Mortuary has been entrusted with the arrangements.
