Terryn Jade Ten Bear, 29, of Crow Agency went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 3, 2021. She was born on August 2, 1991 to Terrance and Jaychelle Ten Bear, Sr. in Crow Agency, Montana. Terryn was a member of the Big Lodge Clan and a Child of the Piegan.
HeeliinXiassalaachiihsh (Stands Out in a Crowd) her Crow Indian name given to her by her grandmother Charlotte Spotted Horse. Terryn attended schools in Hardin, Montana and graduated from Windowrock High School in Fort Defiance, Arizona in 2009. Terryn enjoyed many activities from kickboxing, running, hunting, horseback riding, longboarding and was the cook for the family home. Terryn was the Princess for Fort Peck Community College AIHEC program in 2013. In 2014, she was a Firefighter, First Responder while working for the City of Poplar and worked at Crow Nation Express, Apsaalooke Casino. Her pride and joys were her babies, nephew Klayton and niece Jazmine and her adopted children Xander and Brynn Old Horn. She befriended many and made lifetime friends, her humor, kindness and caring will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her dad Terrance Ten Bear, Sr.; grandparents Tyrone and Linda Ten Bear, Jacob and Noreen Big Hair, Sr.; uncle Jacob Big Hair, Jr. and nephew Tyzail Ten Bear – Leider.

Funeral Services are Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Multi-Purpose Building in Crow Agency, Montana. Burial to follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Hardin, Montana.
Visitation is Tuesday, April 6, 2021 and Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Bullis Funeral Chapel.
