Beth Ann Milligan, 69, of Miles City, passed away December 5, 2020 in the Billings ICU from non-Covid complications while surrounded by loved ones. She was born on March 12, 1951 to Tom Buell and Wave (Carr) Buell in Miles City, Montana. Beth Ann graduated from Custer County District High School and earned her Associates of Arts degree in business from the Miles City Community College. She served as the Worth Advisor of the Rainbow for Girls Assembly in Miles City. Beth Ann married Miles Milligan in 1972 and spent 48 wonderful years together working, hunting, fishing, playing coed volleyball, and eventually retiring. Beth Ann was an avid quilter and loved playing dice, card, and board games with “the girls.” Her most noteworthy position was as the Clerk and Recorder for Custer County. She loved the people she worked with and serving the public.
She is survived by her husband Miles; her sister Judy Archer and her closest nephew, Matt (Kacie) Gittings. She was predeceased by her parents and sister Pam Buell. A celebration of Beth Ann’s life and memory will be held in the summer of 2021. Bullis Mortuary is entrusted with the arrangements.
