Deborah Lee Joy Real Bird was born to Erika Faye Old Chief and Nolan Rirey Real Bird on August 16, 2013, in Billings, Montana. Deborah was Big Lodge and Child of Whistling Water. Deborah was her Big Brother David’s Baby. Auntie-Mom Em and Dadada Ron’s Precious babygirl.
Debz started out as being a sassy wild little lady and grew into a bashful, funny and kind Young Lady. She was always the fastest runner, toughest boxer and wrestler, always beating her brothers when they challenged her. She was her mom’s sidekick, her dad’s fishing partner, her brother David’s best friend, and her baby sister Paizleigh’s personal chef. She loved all her little sisters and admired and loved her big sisters, Elizabeth and Oceilly. She was so proud of her brother Payton, she thought he was the fastest runner. Deborah was a 6th grader at Hardin Middle School, a student of the Hardin School District from Kindergarten to 6th grade.
Deborah loved running from when she was a toddler, she participated in cross country, wrestling, started track this year and AAU State for 4 years. She was an AAU State Champ her first year. One year, she ran in a Billings fun run, and she lost her shoe, ran without a shoe for about 30 steps, put her shoes back on and still came in Top youth runner. Deborah loved horses, cats, especially orange cats, because of their goofy personalities, she loved to doodle and loved to listen to powwow music because she really wanted to dance. Deborah loved her siblings and nieces. Deborah loved to laugh and joke with her friends.

Deborah is survived by her Parents Erika and Nolan, Brothers, David Shane, Payton Drake, Bronson, Ruston, Jaysiah Real Bird, Sonny and Scottie Black Eagle, Landon, Axel, Jacob, Arturo and Kash Old Chief, Wiley, Gabriel Ronald Jr. and Rodney Rideshorse, Xavier Dust, BJ Birdinground, Azriel and Marvin Jefferson and Devon Stewart. Sisters, Paizleigh Real Bird, Raquel and Jaydence Real Bird, Elizabeth and Oceilly (Jace Guptill) Black Eagle, Justyna and Rosalie Dust, Leilynn Birdinground, Mai’Em and Meadow Rideshorse. Her Nieces Eymara and Eyrie Black Eagle and Emarie Dawn Guptill. Uncles E. Landon (Rachel) Old Chief Jr., Real Bird Uncles, Springfield Uncles and Two Leggins Uncles.
