Our dear brother, Randy passed away on March 18, 2023, at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California from multiple health issues.

He was born on December 2, 1958, in Billings, Montana to Helen and Delmer Wittmayer.

He had a passion for anything with wheels, bikes, motorcycles, and cars.  The faster the better!  He had the mind to fix anything he put his hands on and was skilled at whatever he tried to accomplish.  When we think of Randy, we think of huge bowls of vanilla ice cream covered in chocolate syrup and roasters full of popcorn with sliced apples.He enlisted in the Air Force in 1981 and was stationed at Travis Air Force Base in California and never looked back.  He and Barbara Dickson married in 1983 and together they had their only child, Jessica Lynette in 1986.

Randy married Alison Howard on January 4, 2016.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara, his parents, grandparents and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is survived by his daughter Jessica (Kerry Rossi), his wife Alison, his sister Christi (Jon Matovich) their children and families Darci (Tanner Marsh), AJ (Sara Matovich), his sister Cheryl (Gary Jennings),

mother-in law Evelyn Howard and sister-in-law Andrewa (Wes Muller) and several cousins.

Fly high and free of pain Brother! We love You!
