Sara Lynn Steinmetz

Sara Lynn Steinmetz, 57, of Hardin, passed away on October 29, 2024, in Hardin.  Sara was born six weeks early on January 3, 1967, being one of the youngest in the Hardin Hospital to the late Harry and Jean (Raines) Steinmetz.  She attended grade school and high school in Hardin graduating in 1985.

Sara had a spunky attitude and was very opinionated, much to our frustration at times.  Unfortunately, Sara had a lot of health issues over the years. She enjoyed her home and spent her life as a lifelong Hardin resident.  She enjoyed movies and reading books and time spent with her family. Sara was loved and we will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her brother Russel Steinmetz.

She is survived by her brothers Harry Steinmetz, Jr. of Hardin, George (Marlene) Steinmetz of Crow Agency, and her sister Kathie (Charles) Mereness of Chinook, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at the Fairview Cemetery in Hardin.
