Terrina Leigh Nomee

Terrina Leigh Nomee 34 of Lodge Grass, MT passed away on January 11, 2025 in Billings, MT at St.Vincent Hospital surrounded by family. She was born on September 5, 1989 in Hardin, MT daughter of Dee Nomee and Buffy Gros Ventre. She grew up and attended school in Lodge Grass, MT graduating in 2008. She attended college at Little Bighorn receiving an associate degree in 2012. She lived and worked in Billings. She was employed by the Crow Tribal Senior Citizens for four and a half years, often stopping by to check on her former employees. Terrina was a devoted mother to Amelia and Talissa whom she cherished with all her heart. She was a member of the Big Lodge and child of Piegan and a member of the Catholic and Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by her father Dee, two daughters Amelia and Talissa, their father Virgil McCormick  and nephews Myran Red Wolf and Rhylan Hugs, special companion Frank Rowland; brothers Raston, Francis, Tevin, Paul Gary (Tia) Nomee, Sage McCleary, Lionel, Devin, Deron and Shikaakkaate Gros Ventre, Terrance and Patty Joe Kindness, Zane (Mayana) Red Wolf, Juriah Bear Ground and Nevin Goesahead; sisters Chantel Stops, Lessa, Samantha, Zoe and Tavia Nomee, LaRita and Sienna Kindness and Ariel LaForge; her Kaala Myra Jean Gros Ventre, Honey Bun (Curtis) Medicine Horse, Mary Springfield, Beth Old Chief, Kaala Great Mary Helen (Alex); grandpas Russell Wallace, Lansing Birdinground, Albert, Patrick and Sara Kindness, Josie (Ben) Stands, Veronica (Brewster) Pretty On Top, Chester (Sharolyn) and Elroy (Kitty) Nomee, Hannah (Thomas) Smart, Janice Morning, Laura, Mary, Clement, Les, Jr., Mark, Sheldon, and Gerard Nomee, Woodrow Brien, Josh, Francis, Willie, Buck, Terrance, Woodrow, Colton and Avatar Springfield, Ivan, Dean and Shay Don’t Mix, Bobbie, Beth and Rita Nomee, Tawnya Old Coyote, Sarah Steffan, Cheryl Jefferson, Regina Gros Ventre and Jennifer Jefferson; and her special in-laws Donna, Velmalee, Katie, Shelby, Clancy and  Melissa Fisher and Thelma Beaver Heart.

She is preceded in death by Angel, Frank and Denise Nomee, Rocko Brokenrope. Grandparents Paul and Bertha Nomee, Rita, Harriet, Emma and Ivan Don’t Mix, Bill Gros Ventre, Gilbert and Marie Scott Sr.
