Thomas Driftwood

Funeral services Wednesday January 12 at 11:00 AM at Bullis Funeral Chapel. Burial following at the Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday 11-4.

Thomas Stephen Driftwood, 28, passed away in Billings, Montana on January 8, 2022. He was born December 13, 1993, in Billings, Montana the son of Thomasine Crazy. He was adopted and raised by Myron and Vivian Driftwood. He was a member of the Ties the Bundle Clan. He attended school at Pretty Eagle Mission School, Hardin Middle School and Hardin High School. He received his GED and attended Little Big Horn College. Thomas worked at a variety of jobs including the Goodwill in Billings and the Montana Fair. Thomas was a kind and gentle person. He was quiet but also had a very dry sense of humor.

Thomas is preceded by his parents Myron and Vivian Driftwood, his mother Thomasina Crazy; brother Leland Driftwood; grandparents Hazel Little Owl, Stephen Driftwood, Jr; grandparents Thomas Crazy and Virginia Smith, Gail (Jerry) Redwolf; great grandparents William and Agnes (Ceasley) Little Owl, Stephen and Lucy (Old Bull) Driftwood,Sr. and Cecelia Lodge.

He is survived by his sister Hayleigh Grendahl (Kameron Walker); nieces and nephews Trinity Walker, Roberta, Rachel, Lianna, Marcus and David Driftwood; his brothers Elliott (Bertha), Sheldon, Wade (Lorna) and Clayton, Carson and William Jr. Driftwood, Spike and Joshua Medicine Horse, Jeremy( Stephanie) Stewart, Dustin Bright Wings ,Gabe, Justin and Tim Dust Jr., sisters Devona (Aaron) Leider, Jolene (Gary) Birdinground, Briana Bright Wings, Gina Medicine Horse, Starla (Wahmbli) Nomee, Agnes, Makayla, Aaliyah, Nevaeh Dust, Paula and LaRae Driftwood; his aunts Darlena Driftwood, Harriet (Clayton) Bad Bear, Barbara Medicine Horse, Rhoda (Larry) Bright Wings, Patricia (Bruce) Fritzler, Valerie (Tim) Dust, Susette (Frank) Spang, Melinda Dawes; his uncles William (Clarice) Driftwood, Vydale Not Afraid; grandparents Tommy (Linda) Little Owl, Harriet Little Owl, Nora (Dennis) Big Hair. His extended family includes the Little Owl, Stewart, Ceasley, Bellrock, He Does It, Laforge, Big Hair, Half, Bear Below, Knows His Gun, Bird Hat, Plain Feather, Jefferson, Carpenter, Backbone, Good Luck, Horn, Little Light, Bull Over the Hill, Bends, Don’t Mix, Beaumont, Costa, Holds the Enemy, Hunts the Arrow, Covers Up, Reed, and Pickett, Vivian and Thomasina’s family of Fort Belknap, the Healy, Fox, Beebe and Daychief families from Canada.
