Toby Frank Spencer

Toby Frank Spencer was born on April 10, 1960, to Ada and Marion Spencer in Sterling, Illinois. He was the youngest of six. He married Sherry Spencer on July 15, 1980. They had three daughters, Ravae Spencer-Reed, Katrina Spencer, and Shawna Kenny. He had seven grandchildren.

Toby enjoyed fishing, hunting, and riding his motorcycles. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, going out on the four-wheelers. 

He is survived by two brothers, Bruce Spencer and Allen Kent Spencer; two sisters, Lani Raup and Mitzi Trombetta; his wife, his kids, his grandkids, and his many nieces and nephews.
