Virginia Stella He Does It

Born July 31, 1956, passed away April 5, 2025, after a short illness. Her Crow name was Biakaalishitchish Outstanding virtuous young woman. As a young girl she attended St. Xavier public schools and St. Xavier mission schools.  She attended St. Labre and completed her high school education at Hardin Senior High School. She completed her degree in Dental Assistant in Sitka, Alaska.  Virginia worked as a Dental Assistant at Crow IHS and later worked at Pretty Eagle Catholic School and St. Labre Catholic School in the cafeteria, she also worked at the 4 Aces as a cook where she retired. 

Virginia “Gin” loved to cook, one of her favorite dishes she liked to make for family was lasagna she also made delicious June Berry pies.  Virginia loved sewing making moccasins and quilts to surprise her loved ones. She enjoyed berry picking, was an avid rodeo fan and loved decorating her house for all occasions. She enjoyed helping people in need, she was very friendly and never had bad feelings for anyone.  She loved all her siblings, her son and her grandchild as well as her nieces and nephews who she considered her own. She was a very generous person, often putting others’ needs before herself, she had the biggest heart with the best laugh. She enjoyed having people stay for sleepovers.

Virginia is preceded in death by her only child Frank Martin He Does It who was a bull & bronc riding cowboy. Her parents Raphael and Euna Rose He Does It.  Her and her tobacco society adopted parents Gladys and Joe Ten Bear and her adopted parents William and Agnes Little Owl.

She is survived by granddaughter Destiny Euna He Does It who was the love of her life. Her sisters Raphaelle Real Bird, Vera He Does It, and Nora Big Hair.  Brothers Marty (Faylene) He Does It and Harry (Janelle) He Does It, Tommy Little Owl and numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.  The children and grandchildren of Henry Rides Horse, Joe He Does It, Annie Walks, Stella Old Coyote, Margret Fighter, Agnes Ceasley Little Owl, Laura Singer, Lucy Real Bird, Agnes Spotted Leider, Martha Spotted Bear Cloud, Clarence Spotted, and Donald Spotted. Descendents include the families of He Does It, Got Plenty Beads, Wallace/Cooper, Sits Down Spotted and Hugs. Our family is large we may have forgotten someone in our time of grief please forgive us.
