Wyatt Ree Harmer, 25 years old, of Hardin, Montana, passed away on April 22, 2026. Wyatt was born in Dunn, North Carolina on January 20, 2001, to Amy and Randy Harmer. He graduated from Hardin High School in 2019, where he lettered in varsity wrestling. He then pursued and received an Associate's Degree in computer science from Montana State University in Billings. Wyatt was a computer programmer and substitute teacher.
Wyatt was very close to his mother and four siblings. He enjoyed fishing, skateboarding, working out, and running. Wyatt was always the first to say yes to any activity or outing, whether it be an escape room, board games, or just sitting down to watch a movie with his mom and siblings. He cared more for his family than anything. Wyatt was always cracking a joke or sending a meme to make someone laugh, which came easily for him.
He always wanted to be strong for others and was extremely compassionate. Wyatt wanted to make others happy and was so easy going, up for anything, and he never complained. His smile was a grin and it was always there, truly bringing joy to every room he entered.
He is preceded in death by his father, Randy Harmer, and great-grandfather, Harold Wenaas.
He is survived by his mother Amy, his siblings, Jordan, Emily, Madison, and Brady of Hardin, his grandparents, Tom and Karen Sidley, Dave and Heidi Harmer of Orlando, FL, and Susan Adams, his great-grandmother Leona Wenaas of Great Falls, MT, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 1:00 pm, May 2nd, at Gateway Christian Center, nine miles North of Hardin. Cremation has taken place.
